# Initialize 
 Initializes a new empty request



`Function Initialize(Val URL = "") Export`

  | URL | - | String | ✖ | URL address for request |

  
  Returns:  DataProcessorObject.OPI_HTTPClient - This processor object

The function must be called first when creating a new processor object

The URL can be set later using the `SetURL` function
