 Sets the group chat picture



`Function SetGroupPicture(Val AccessParameters, Val GroupID, Val Image) Export`

  | Parameter | CLI option | Type | Required | Description |

  Returns:  Map Of KeyAndValue - serialized JSON response from Green API
