`Function DeleteNotification(Val URL, Val NotificationID, Val Token = "") Export`

  | NotificationID | --notif | String, Number | ✔ | Notification ID |

  Returns:  Map Of KeyAndValue - serialized JSON of answer from Bitrix24 API
