File	--file	BinaryData, String	File for sending
Text	--text	String	File caption
FileName	--filename	String	Displayed file name
Markup	--parsemod	String	Markup type for message text: MarkdownV2 or HTML

Returns: Map Of KeyAndValue - Serialized JSON response from VK Teams
