a8ea8ab5a5 Fix for 3e8ac2896d, improve error messages. 
We need call fflush() for buffered IO. Without fflush() fsync() could be useless.

ac4519e33c Fixes for validate_wal(). 
For stream backup check only WAL segments from start_lsn to stop_lsn.
If recovery target is provided check that we can restore backup to a
recoverty target time or xid.
