Stabilizy tests. (#411)
* tests: Introduced a new flag for tests -- PGPROBACKUP_GDB
* tests: Do travis builds with CFLAGS="-O0" (stabilization of gdb tests)

* tests: Running some tests now depends on PGPROBACKUP_SSH_REMOTE
