David Steele	d0b6f78b20	More flexible configuration for databases ... Master and standby can both be configured on the backup server and pgBackRest will automatically determine which is the master. This was worked out as part of the test suite refactor [c8f806a] but not committed with it because of the large number of expect logs changes involved.
