Bug Fixes: * Fixed a regression introduced in v1.13 that could cause backups to fail if files were removed (e.g. tables dropped) while the manifest was being built. (Reported by Navid Golpayegani.) Refactoring: * Refactor FileCommon::fileManifest() and FileCommon::fileStat to be more modular to allow complete branch/statement level coverage testing.
