David Steele 620386f034 Remove integration tests that are now covered in the unit tests. ... Most of these tests are just checking that errors are thrown when required. These are well covered in various unit tests. The "cannot resume" tests are also well covered in the backup unit tests. Finally, config warnings are well covered in the config unit tests.
