David Steele 24d2c5b277 Remove real/all integration tests now covered by unit tests. ... Remove all check and stanza-* tests except for the ones that are intended to succeed. The successful tests show that the queries run with expected results against each version of PG which should also validate queries for the failure tests in the unit tests.
