* Add an authorization middleware that supports ACL, RBAC based on casbin.
fix some coveralls check.
change test file with new rule.
renaming the prefix Authz to CasbinAuth
use built-in SetBasicAuth method in test file.
export all casbin auth configs.

* fix example code
