* Drop bogus comment, fix typo

A result of copy-pasting.

* Unexport HTTP header constants

* Rename instruments in tests

"ajwaj" is my favourite placeholder text, but seems like I forgot to
replace its occurences with proper names.

Namespace import path under "/otel" (#274) 
Also fixes example module paths so that they use the vanity URL instead
of the github URL.

9f03360a84 Enable golint & gofmt, resolve issues (#214) 
* Add golint to linters and resolve issues.

I decided to remove constructors for some of the propagation types
because the constructors can be reduced to either using the zero value
or a single, non optional member.
