Damien Mathieu	f863bfbd86	rename noop_meter.go to noop.go (#180) ... The file defines noopMeter, noopHandler and noopLabelSet. Renaming it to the more generic `noop.go` makes it clearer that several structs are defined there.	2019-10-10 12:46:06 -07:00
