* Introduce simplified export pipeline setup for stdout * Standardize dogstatsd,stdout,prometheus calling. * Creates NewRawExporter, NewExportPipeline, InstallNewPipeline methods. * Uses Options rather than Config throughout for options. * fix merge conflicts.
