* Prom exporter structure

* update prometheus exporter with master and add example.

* remove distributedcontext from prometheus example

* docs and interface checker

* make precommit

* make precommit & remove "OnRegisterError"

* add option to specify a prometheus.Registry

* make exporter implement http.Handler interface

* fix map keys bugs
