Marcus Holl 8543873a12 Move files controlling integration tests 
Before: files contained inside s4sdk folder
Now: file resides one level higher

Reason: open integration test framework for other use cases,
not related to s4sdk. Idea: teams providing use cases provides
a corrsponding folder which hosts the test cases.
