Added FMXExternalPumpBrowser demo for MacOS

Browse Source 
Added TinyBrowser demo for Linux.
Added AppHelperRenamer tool for MacOS.
Disabled 3 event in TCefViewDelegateRef in 32 bits as a workaround for the issue #278
