Update to CEF 80.0.4

- Added GlobalCEFApp.DisableNewBrowserInfoTimeout property
- Removed remaining TCEFSentinel from all the demos.
- Fixed mouse coordinates in FMX demos with OSR browsers before sending a mouse wheel event.
