- Fixed the functions to get the certificate issuer chains : TCEFX509CertificateRef.GetDEREncodedIssuerChain and TCEFX509CertificateRef.GetPEMEncodedIssuerChain. - Replaced FmtStr by a custom function for backwards compatibility. - Added the property TCEFApplication.EnableGPU. - Updated cef.inc to include the latest Delphi versions.
