lazarus-ccr/components/fpexif/tools/readme.txt

Place the program exiftool.exe into this directory, it is needed by the
test program "multiread".

ExifTool can be downloaded from https://www.sno.phy.queensu.ca/~phil/exiftool/.
The binary must be renamed to "exiftool.exe".
