3e6dd484f7 fpspreadsheet: Fix compilation issues when fpc version is changed: separate package units into different folders, incorporate code of fpsnumformatparser in unit fpsnumformat and code of fpsregfileformats in units fpsreaderwriter. Check and fix all demos.

58547464d3 fpspreadsheet: Initial support for embedded images. Writer for xlsx. Avoid writing relationship for non-existing files to xlsx. Add "numFmtId=0" to xlsx styles (seems to be mandatory for import to Access).

bb0a3ea92c fpspreadsheet: Fix worksheet ignoring cell borderstyle if cell borderstyle is set before calling WriteBorders. Add '.' to package unit path (seems to fix compilation issue of several laz versions using the same fpx sources).

48c33e0c1c fpspreadsheet: Massive reconstruction of file format registration: it is now possible to add user-defined readers and writers without modifying the fpsspreadsheet sources (--> new unit fpsregfileformats). Add (incomplete) unit for the SYLK file format (---> new unit fpssylk) to show this in the demo project visual/fpsctrls/demo_ctrls. Update all visual demos.

133bf09eb4 fpspreadsheet: Massive reconstruction: remove formatting attributes of TCell record and collect in TCellFormatList. TCell only has index into this list. Introduce record helpers to keep the old syntax. Reduction of memory consumption per cell by 50%.

fd627c1fa1 fpspreadsheet: Introduce an include file (fps.inc) with all conditional defines. They are needed to compile the packages with older LCL/FPC versions (tested back to Laz1.0 / FPC2.4). All patched procedures are in fpspatches.pas and turned on/off by these defines.

e96b16b993 fpspreadsheet: Add support for diagonal border lines. Implemented for BIFF8 and ods (BIFF2 and 5 do not support diagonal borders, OOXML reader currently does not have border support). Test cases adapted. "spready" adapted to show diagonal borders.
