Dear Bart,
Thanks for writing the Math Forum @ Drexel.
You're welcome to take the C++ code from that Ask Dr. Math conversation and add it to your Pascal library. Please just give us proper attribution (in comments?) and clearly identify that code as a resource of David Peterson and The Math Forum @ Drexel, and not something of your own creation.
On this reply, Bart, I've "Bcc:"ed Doctor Peterson, so that he may appreciate your interest.
