Andrew Gallant	c33f623719	cargo: explicitly configure musl to be statically linked ... It looks like the musl target will, at some point, default to be dynamically linked. This config knob should make it so that it's always statically linked. Austin Wise	46d0130597	cargo: statically link binary on Windows/MSVC ... Before this change, rg.exe depended on vcruntime140.dll, which does not exist on a fresh install of Windows. Closes #1613	2021-05-31 21:51:18 -04:00
