Andrew Gallant c52da74ac3 printer: use bstr
This starts the usage of bstr in the printer. We don't use it too much
yet, but it comes in handy for implementing PrinterPath and lets us push
down some platform specific code into bstr.

grep-printer

Print results from line oriented searching in a human readable, aggregate or JSON Lines format.

NOTE: You probably don't want to use this crate directly. Instead, you should prefer the facade defined in the grep crate.

Usage

Add this to your Cargo.toml:

grep-printer = "0.1"

and this to your crate root:
