3023: Add zonefile download r=mergify[bot] a=MajliTech

## What does this PR do?
On /admin/domain/details/{domain}, adds a button to redirect to /admin/domain/details/{domain}/zonefile, which downloads a zonefile for this domain.
closes #2618
