Introduce FFMPEG_FORCE_NOCOLOR, with the same meaning and use of

NO_COLOR (but properly prefixed for avoiding namespace conflicts).

Originally committed as revision 25899 to svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk
