fftools: fix hwaccels option dump redundancy

When QSV is enabled in FFmpeg, the command "ffmpeg -hwaccels" shows a
duplicate entry in acceleration methods for QSV:

Hardware acceleration methods:
vaapi
qsv
drm
opencl
qsv
