use AVFrame.pts=AV_NOPTS_VALUE instead of AVFrame.pts=0
move AV_NOPTS_VALUE & AV_TIME_BASE from avformat.h -> avcodec.h related fixes Originally committed as revision 2814 to svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk
