Rename RTSPHeader to RTSPMessageHeader to reflect more clearly what the

structure is meant to represent. See "[PATCH] rtsp.[ch]: RTSPHeader ->
RTSPServerResponse" and "[PATCH] document rtsp.h" threads on ML.
