- ME setting moved to AVCodecContext/MpegEncContext, no longer a global.
- EPZS ME algo used by default. - HQ flag activated for ffmpeg. - Cosmetics ... Originally committed as revision 398 to svn://svn.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg/trunk
