bcff32d1b4 Mask all unused bits for packed pixel format instead of green and alpha mask only. 
That fixes the case when converting 15-bit RGB/BGR to YUV and high bit is set
for input value(s).

96b27045d2 Replace int type with enum PixelFormat for the dstFormat/srcFormat

82aaa790d2 Use full internal pathname in doxygen @file directives. 
Otherwise doxygen complains about ambiguous filenames when files exist
under the same name in different subdirectories.
