eef860dd92 fate: Tweak printing of ignored tests 
Use a tab instead of two spaces, skip the fate prefix for the test name.

This makes IGNORE line fit in even better with the other make printouts.

5c83b4d550 fate: Unset the sig variable if ignoring a test failure 
Otherwise the .rep file would still contain a signal instead of a
zero, even if the process returned success.

35d1f726eb fate: Add --ignore-tests configure option for omitting specific FATE tests 
This can be useful to filter out noise in known-broken scenarios like
miscompilation by legacy compilers and similar.

2fb02ecfd1 fate: Reduce the number of frames used to test video filters 
Use 5 frames for video filter tests and a single one for the
pixelformat tests.

Greatly reduces the test duration without reducing coverage.

358b7ec309 fate: Fix test name for pixfmts tests 
The last pixel format gets leaked as `$test` further down the pipeline.

3b1e35d46d fate: Omit the results if the test passed 
The FATE server does not report this information anyway and omitting
it makes the successful run send much less data.

0c1959b056 lavf: add AVFMT_FLAG_BITEXACT. 
Use it instead of checking CODEC_FLAG_BITEXACT in the first stream's
codec context.

Using codec options inside lavf is fragile and can easily break when the
muxing codec context is not the encoding context.

da025d115a fate: workaround for slighly broken 'test' shell builtin 
Some shells, e.g. minix3, have a broken 'test' builtin which fails
if the first operand of a binary operator looks like a unary operator.
Prefixing the values with 'x' prevents this from happening.

abab0435d4 fate: split dependencies for fate-seek tests 
Each fate-seek test depends now only on the corresponding fate-acodec,
fate-vsynth2 or fate-lavf test which creates the file seek-tests
operates on. The tests and references are renamed to match the test they
depend on.

11e33402ca fate: use standard diff options 
diff -w is not a standard option.  This fixes the reference files
to match what the tests actually output and switches to using the
standard diff -b which is sufficient to handle different line ending
styles.

9cc338b1de FATE: pass the decoded output format and audio source file to enc_dec_pcm 
This will allow decoding to md5 and doing a diff comparison to a reference
checksum instead of a fuzzy stddev or oneoff comparison.

c755b1fbbc FATE: specify the input format when decoding in enc_dec_pcm() 
The output format is not always the same as the file extension,
which is sometimes required for correct probing. We can avoid
probing by specifying the format since it is already known.
