The way this value is used, it should be an unsigned type.
While the numerical value has no meaning, unsigned wraparound
is relied upon.

Passing an explicit filename to this command is only necessary if the
documentation in the @file block refers to a file different from the
one the block resides in.

its even same md5 with my test file but i forgot testing that.
