de04ad45ec Add one more parameter to avc_parse_nal_units so that it allows not to 
free the input buffer.
This is required by upcoming extraction of isom_write_avcc to a function.

66e9e30239 Move parsing of MPEG-PES timestamp to mpeg.h (as an inline function) so it 
can easily be reused by other demuxers for formats that encapsulate MPEG-PES.

6e8b982bcc Move *malloc() out of tree.c, that way the code can be used with 
flat arrays which have lower overhead than millions of mallocd() elements.
