e89b85a5e4 avcodec/asvenc: Remove unnecessary emms_c()
PixblockDSP does not use MMX functions any more since
92b5800277 and FDCTDSP
since d402ec6be9.
BswapDSP never used MMX, so that the emms_c() here
is unnecessary.

8a9eac7e42 avcodec/asv: Split ASV1Context into decoder and encoder contexts
A lot of the stuff in ASV1Context is actually only used
by decoders or encoders, but not both: Of the seven contexts
in ASV1Context, only the BswapDSPContext is used by both.
So splitting makes sense.

a499b4345b avcodec: Make ff_alloc_packet() based encoders accept user buffers
Up until now, these encoders received non-refcounted packets
(whose data was owned by the corresponding AVCodecContext)
from ff_alloc_packet(); these packets were made refcounted lateron
by av_packet_make_refcounted() generically.
This commit makes these encoders accept user-supplied buffers by
replacing av_packet_make_refcounted() with an equivalent function
that is based upon get_encode_buffer().

(I am pretty certain that one can also set the flag for mpegvideo-
based encoders, but I want to double-check this later. What is certain
is that it reallocates the buffer owned by the AVCodecContext
which should maybe be moved to encode.c, so that proresenc_kostya.c
and ttaenc.c can make use of it, too.)

4243da4ff4 avcodec/codec_internal: Use union for FFCodec decode/encode callbacks
This is possible, because every given FFCodec has to implement
exactly one of these. Doing so decreases sizeof(FFCodec) and
therefore decreases the size of the binary.
Notice that in case of position-independent code the decrease
is in .data.rel.ro, so that this translates to decreased
memory consumption.

20f9727018 avcodec/codec_internal: Add FFCodec, hide internal part of AVCodec
Up until now, codec.h contains both public and private parts
of AVCodec. This exposes the internals of AVCodec to users
and leads them into the temptation of actually using them
and forces us to forward-declare structures and types that
users can't use at all.

This commit changes this by adding a new structure FFCodec to
codec_internal.h that extends AVCodec, i.e. contains the public
AVCodec as first member; the private fields of AVCodec are moved
to this structure, leaving codec.h clean.

a688f3c13c avcodec/internal: Move FF_CODEC_CAP_* to a new header codec_internal.h
Also move FF_CODEC_TAGS_END as well as struct AVCodecDefault.
This reduces the amount of files that have to include internal.h

most encoders don't need it. It is furthemore in preparation
for moving the private part of AVCodec out of the public codec.h.

56e9e0273a avcodec/encode: Always use intermediate buffer in ff_alloc_packet2()
Up until now, ff_alloc_packet2() has a min_size parameter:
It is supposed to be a lower bound on the final size of the packet
to allocate. If it is not too far from the upper bound (namely,
if it is at least half the upper bound), then ff_alloc_packet2()
already allocates the final, already refcounted packet; if it is
not, then the packet is not refcounted and its data only points to
a buffer owned by the AVCodecContext (in this case, the packet will
be made refcounted in encode_simple_internal() in libavcodec/encode.c).
The goal of this was to avoid data copies and intermediate buffers
if one has a precise lower bound.

Yet those encoders for which precise lower bounds exist have recently
been switched to ff_get_encode_buffer() (which automatically allocates
final buffers), leaving only two encoders to actually set the min_size
to something else than zero (namely aliaspixenc and hapenc). Both of
these encoders use a very low lower bound that is not helpful in any
nontrivial case.

This commit therefore removes the min_size parameter as well as the
codepath in ff_alloc_packet2() for the allocation of final buffers.
Furthermore, the function has been renamed to ff_alloc_packet() and
moved to encode.h alongside ff_get_encode_buffer().

67f6e7ed6d avcodec: Remove cumbersome way of checking for amount of bytes left
Several encoders used code like the following to check for the amount of
bytes left in a PutBitContext:
pb->buf_end - pb->buf - (put_bits_count(pb) >> 3)
Besides the fact that using the pointers directly might pose
a maintainence burden in the future this also leads to suboptimal code:
The above code reads all three pointers (buf, buf_ptr and buf_end), but
touching buf is unnecessary and switching to put_bytes_left()
automatically fixes this.

746ab8327c avcodec/asvenc: Avoid reversing output data twice
The ASUS V2 format is designed for a little-endian bitstream reader, yet
our encoder used an ordinary big-endian bitstream writer to write it;
the bits of every byte were swapped at the end and some data (namely the
numbers not in static tables) had to be bitreversed before writing it at
all, so that it would be reversed twice.

This commit stops doing so; instead, a little-endian bitstream writer is
used. This also necessitated to switch certain static tables, which
required trivial modifications to the decoder (that uses the same
tables).

88d80cb975 avcodec/put_bits: Make bit buffers 64-bit
Change BitBuf into uint64_t on 64-bit x86. This means we need to flush the
buffer less often, which is a significant speed win. All other platforms,
including all 32-bit ones, are unchanged. Output bitstream is the same.

All API constraints are kept in place, e.g., you still cannot put_bits()
more than 31 bits at a time. This is so that codecs cannot accidentally
become 64-bit-only or similar.

Benchmarking on transcoding to various formats shows consistently
positive results:

  dnxhd                 25.60 fps ->  26.26 fps ( +2.6%)
  dvvideo               24.88 fps ->  25.17 fps ( +1.2%)
  ffv1                  14.32 fps ->  14.58 fps ( +1.8%)
  huffyuv               58.75 fps ->  63.27 fps ( +7.7%)
  jpegls                 6.22 fps ->   6.34 fps ( +1.8%)
  magicyuv              57.10 fps ->  63.29 fps (+10.8%)
  mjpeg                 48.65 fps ->  49.01 fps ( +0.7%)
  mpeg1video            76.41 fps ->  77.01 fps ( +0.8%)
  mpeg2video            75.99 fps ->  77.43 fps ( +1.9%)
  mpeg4                 80.66 fps ->  81.37 fps ( +0.9%)
  prores                12.35 fps ->  12.88 fps ( +4.3%)
  prores_ks             16.20 fps ->  16.80 fps ( +3.7%)
  rv20                  62.80 fps ->  62.99 fps ( +0.3%)
  utvideo               68.41 fps ->  76.32 fps (+11.6%)

Note that this includes video decoding and all other encoding work,
such as DCTs. If you isolate the actual bit-writing routines, it is
likely to be much more.

Benchmark details: Transcoding the first 30 seconds of Big Buck Bunny
in 1080p, Haswell 2.1 GHz, GCC 8.3, generally quantizer locked to
5.0. (Exceptions: DNxHD needs fixed bitrate, and JPEG-LS is so slow
that I only took the first 10 seconds, not 30.) All runs were done
ten times and single-threaded, top and bottom two results discarded to
get rid of outliers, arithmetic mean between the remaining six.

40cf1bbacc Deprecate avctx.coded_frame
The rationale is that coded_frame was only used to communicate key_frame,
pict_type and quality to the caller, as well as a few other random fields,
in a non predictable, let alone consistent way.

There was agreement that there was no use case for coded_frame, as it is
a full-sized AVFrame container used for just 2-3 int-sized properties,
which shouldn't even belong into the AVCodecContext in the first place.

The appropriate AVPacket flag can be used instead of key_frame, while
quality is exported with the new AVPacketSideData quality factor.
There is no replacement for the other fields as they were unreliable,
mishandled or just not used at all.

d6604b29ef Gather all coded_frame allocations and free functions to a single place
Allocating coded_frame is what most encoders do anyway, so it makes
sense to always allocate and free it in a single place. Moreover a lot
of encoders freed the frame with av_freep() instead of the correct API
av_frame_free().

This bring uniformity to encoder behaviour and prevents applications
from erroneusly accessing this field when not allocated. Additionally
this helps isolating encoders that export information with coded_frame,
and heavily simplifies its deprecation.
