Its said that there was a mpeg4 sample with the same fourcc, but noone has it
if someone finds it please tell me so i can fix detection of both.

Some players, like foobar2000 or modern versions of WMP, create WAV

If its start is not aligned then aligning its end will
likely break many demuxers as they check the size and not
the position.

Attached patch (together with demuxing patch) allows WMP/msacm G723.1 codec decode files encoded by FFmpeg.
Tested with both 6400 and 5333 mode

Attached patch fixes remuxing of G723.1 in wav, so the output is playable by WMP.
(It's still not enough for encoding - probably some extradata should be added to the output file
to make it playable by WMP/win codec)
