1b5d065ca7 pmpdec: check that there is at least one audio packet. 
The code cannot handle there being none, but that should not happen for
valid files.

f28070a123 Add PlayStation Portable PMP format demuxer 
Not yet complete, for demuxing AAC the AAC header must be generated
manually.
Possibly the decoder could accept the header as extradata to simplify
this.
