1b4a516b94 Rename regression test result files from b-libav* to b-lavf* for consistency.

59f60d0554 Fix the ogg regression test, which was broken by r18092. This is an 
expected change because the ogg muxer with FLAC encoder uses the maximum
frame size estimate since it cannot rewrite the real maximum frame size
at end of encoding.

ed4c638a07 Fix PTS returned by the demuxers for mpeg4 without a decoder. 
More precissely fix has_b_frames.

de40eb8df2 Fix regression.sh to work on OpenBSD which has md5 instead of md5sum 
but it is in the path (/bin), not /sbin.
