avformat/libsrt: fix cleanups on failed libsrt_open() and libsrt_setup()
- Call srt_epoll_release() to avoid fd leak on libsrt_setup() error. - Call srt_cleanup() on libsrt_open() failure. - Fix return value and method on mode parsing failure. FFmpeg is a collection of libraries and tools to process multimedia content such as audio, video, subtitles and related metadata.
