Shiyou Yin 9a840ffa17 avutil: [loongarch] Add support for loongarch SIMD. ... LSX and LASX is loongarch SIMD extention. They are enabled by default if compiler support it, and can be disabled with '--disable-lsx' '--disable-lasx'.
