Andreas Rheinhardt e814569c8d checkasm/huffyuvdsp: Use declare_func_emms only when needed
There is no MMX code for add_int16 since commit
4b6ffc2880, so use declare_func
instead of declare_func_emms() to also test that we are not
in MMX mode after return.
