24cdbdefff Use Raynos/xhr for XMLHttpRequests 
- Get rid of our custom XHR shim. Export it as videojs.xhr.
- Updated XHR to be stubbed everywhere in tests to prevent errors.
- Added npm install to the review process

a5758019e5 Updated the ready event to always be async 
closes #1667

Fix text track tests.
Now that ready is async, we need to tick the clock so the ready handler
fires.

Remove unneeded ready test
