Create gif tweet

Creates a tweet with a gif attachment

Function CreateGifTweet(Val Text, Val GifsArray, Val Parameters = "") Export

GifsArray	--gifs	Array of String, BinaryData	Gif files array
Parameters	--auth	Structure Of String	Authorization JSON or path to .json
