Creates a shortened URL from a regular one

Function ShortenLink(Val URL, Val Parameters = "") Export

Parameter	CLI option	Type	Destination
URL	--url	String	URL for shortening
Parameters	--auth	Structure Of String	Authorization JSON or path to .json
