Get list of message replies

Gets an array of messages that are replies to the specified

Function GetMessageReplyList(Val Token, Val Channel, Val Timestamp, Val Cursor = "") Export

Channel	--channel	String	Channel ID
Timestamp	--stamp	String	Timestamp or message ID
