Per @ln1draw awesome tech review!
Mainly I decided to just focus and simplify the Welcome so readers get can more quickly get oriented and get on to Background.
Also: added back (properly-spelled) Foreword chapter to keep chapter numbers the same as they were for first tech review iteration. The chapters will change for sure soon: I'm planning on splitting up Background (also per tech review).
