Bump Neovim plugin lockfile versions and apply local config tweaks: adjust wezterm layout (initial_cols 120, initial_rows 40) and switch font to SFMono Nerd Font; update Zed editor settings (enable git panel button, sticky/hover scroll changes, buffer font weight -> 550, disable relative line numbers, change theme to VSCode Light+, normalize terminal font_weight); simplify .zshrc by removing flutter from PATH and streamlining compinit (remove cache/zcompile logic).
