Increased evolution_factor by 50%. (0.0000008 -> 0.0000012)
Increased pollution_factor by 100% (0.00002 -> 0.00004)

Created on_init() in AlienSpawner and moved the pollution_factor here from StartingZone.on_init()

Fixes #281
