Adding a sync.Pool for the *gzip.Writer reduces the allocations of the
Compress middleware in 50% and gives an increase on execution speed of
a 85%

Quote regex meta characters in Rewrite (#1541) 
Currently there is a half and half situation where the user can't use regex (fully) because * will be replaced with (.*), yet they also can't just enter any old string, because meta chars like . would need escaping.

e.g. currently *.html wouldn't work as intended, and instead *\.html should be used.

Work around this by using regexp's QuoteMeta function to sanitise the input before handling it.

This commit adds a new error handler, which is passed the 
current context, so that you can add custom redirects or even
other kinds of responses. For example:

6d9e043284 Introduced Go module support as v4, removed obsolete CloseNotifier() mechanism 
This reintroduces support for Go modules, as v4.

CloseNotifier() is removed as it has been obsoleted, see https://golang.org/doc/go1.11#net/http

It was already NOT working (not sending signals) as of 1.11 the functionality was gone, we merely
deleted the functions that exposed it. If anyone still relies on it they should migrate to using
`c.Request().Context().Done()` instead.

ef82f3e034 Avoid redirect loop in HTTPSRedirect middleware (#1058) 
In HTTPSRedirect and similar middlewares, determining if redirection is
needed using `c.IsTLS()` causes redirect loop when an application is running
behind a TLS termination proxy, e.g. AWS ELB.

Instead, I believe, redirection should be determined by
`c.Scheme() != "https"`. This works well even behind a TLS termination proxy.

* Add an authorization middleware that supports ACL, RBAC based on casbin.
fix some coveralls check.
change test file with new rule.
renaming the prefix Authz to CasbinAuth
use built-in SetBasicAuth method in test file.
export all casbin auth configs.

* fix example code
