The PR refactors tests by removing redundant `require.Error` statements
that are followed by `require.ErrorContains`. `require.ErrorContains`
will fail if `err` is `nil`, so `require.Error` is not needed.

As noted in #4556, when we're using a double quote, for use with a
template variable or function, we receive a template parse error as the
value needs to be unquoted.
This provides a slightly hacky solution which is to unquote any quoted
quotes.
Closes#4556.
We have been using `t.Setenv` is most of our tests. This PR replaces the
remaining `os.Setenv` with `t.Setenv`.

alternative to #3806
the idea is that both `context.New` and `context.Context{}` are never
used in tests.
not sure yet how much I like it, so far code does look a bit more
readable though.

This prevents one announce failure to skip all other announcers.
The release will still report a failure in the end, but will not fail in
the first failure.
Also improved errors messages a little bit.

* feat(announce): added Slack notification options
This feature adds support for specifying a richer content in Slack
announcements. We may now specify "blocks" and "attachments" to produce
better-looking announcement messages.
* fixes#2986
The goreleaser configuration only exposes the top-level structures and does not
check the validity of the Slack API internal structures. This way, we do
not inject hard dependencies on changes in the Slack API.
Notice: untyped config parsing introduces a little hack to have yaml and
JSON marshaling work together properly. This hack won't be necessary
with yaml.v3.
How this has been tested?

* Added unit tests for the config parsing
* Added a (skipped) e2e test.
For now, this requires a valid Slack webhook, so I've been able to test this manually.
